Georgia Sales Tax of 4% is included in final price before checkout ranging from $0.16-$1.44 added onto universal price.

〰️Base pricing will remain the same for all products until further notice to keep products affordable, accessible, and consistent. Additional pricing may occur due to production rates, material sourcing and shipping demands, however, you will be notified in advance.

〰️Payment is received before product arrives, and a receipt/confirmation immediately after purchase. *PREORDERS & REUSED JARS ONLY* will receive expected production, completion and departure times in a separate email invoice.

〰️Shipping for all products are free and include a return label for Re-ups. If you are interested in express or expedited, you will need to add extra shipping to your cart and pay the applied fees. You will receive tracking shortly after production is complete and departure is ready.

Typically limited stocked for immediate departure, in the event of PREORDERS timeframe from 2-5 weeks to hand-make, this is due to the careful preparation process. Shipping timeframes range from 1-7days on business days (mon-fri), in the case of ordering on the weekend you will be processed as soon as the following Monday.

During hotter months, products will be placed in a freezer for at least a day prior to shipping to ensure they arrive smooth and creamy.

〰️Returns for REFILL/Re-up make sure to purchase jar size first, comment “Re-use” or “Recycle.”, send back your old CLEANED jar in the packaging it came in w/ the free return label, and wait patiently. You will receive a message stating that the jar has been received, sanitized and production has started.

♻️Packaging is limited & re-used to reduce our negative impact on the earth. Most items will come in a brand new Re-Usable glass jar or wax paper. First samples of 1oz or smaller will come in a cute re-usable cloth teabag so remember to Reduce. Re-use. Recycle. ALWAYS CLEAN & SANITIZE PACKAGING FOR RE-UP RETURNS, they will also be sanitized again once they return! At the moment labels are handmade so they may come off during cleansing & sanitation.
