Return Policy

We value your presence, your needs, your support and comments/reviews. If you are ever truly dissatisfied with quality or quantity (not filled appropriately) we encourage you to contact customer support for a return or exchange.


Returned items need to be 75% intact meaning no more than .3oz of product used from smaller products of 1oz to 4oz product used from larger ones of 16 oz with the original packaging, receipt and NO ADDITIONAL defects.

You are allowed returns up to 30 days after the purchase date.


All purchases include a free Return label for RE-UPS, however, if you are returning due to dissatisfaction you must contact customer support first with your complaints, photo proof, and we can discuss a possible refund or exchange.


Due to possible contamination of sold products you are only allowed one return/exchange per order within a 30 day timeframe.


At the moment Extra SHIPPING costs are not refundable, just product payments.


Duplicate transactions will always be refunded, just contact customer support.


Our credit/debit card processors take 5-10 days for refunds to appear on the buyer's statement, so please be patient.


ALWAYS REMEMBER WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT FIRST.




HICCUPS, DAMAGED ITEMS, and/or MISSING ITEMS

Please contact Customer Support within 3 days of expected delivery, if you wait longer than 16 days to contact us we reserve the right to refuse refund/exchanges. You are our top priority, however, at the moment we are limited with the support we can give.

All clearance/sale items are FINAL SALE

When Redeeming Rewards keep in mind that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. That goes for FREE PRODUCTS, MONEY OFF, AND ALL DISCOUNTED OFFERS. This may change in the future but at the moment REWARDS ARE FINAL SALE.


Limited Warranty

Who is covered?

Warranty is extended to any customer or gift recipient.



What is covered & how long?

GroovyFlavor™️ Herbal Creations warrants the covered products to be free of all defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of one year from the date of purchase.



What will we do ?

Within 30 days of purchase we will refund or exchange products free of charge for items proven to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period of 30 days. If an item is no longer being manufactured or out of stock you may be able to receive an exchange for a product of comparable value or an improved formula at your discretion.



What we will not do?

We are not able to refund or exchange products more than 75% used (about .3 oz for 1oz products up to 4 oz for 16 oz products) and multiple items at a time.

You are limited to one product return/refund or exchange, if you have multiple items that are defective in an order you are limited to only one return due to contamination risks .


We will not reimburse extra shipping costs, customs, duties, and taxes, therefore if you require extra shipping to receive your items at first (for example international shipping) you will need to pay for your return shipping and a replacement will be sent for free including shipping.


Reward redemptions in the form of free products, discounts, or money off are not included in the warranty.

You must contact Customer Support, detailing issues with adequate proof & original invoice information.
