Your information is protected by SSL & the security of Stripe ensuring that content and personal information are NOT altered between the server and the viewers device.

Services & Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change with notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service without notice at any time.

Certain products/services may be available exclusively online, these products and all other services are subject to returns or exchanges only according to our Return Policy.

We reserve the right to limit quantity & sales of products/services that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.

Promotions

Billing

Prior to purchase of any products/services, you must provide us with a valid credit/debit card number & associated payment information including the following: your name as it appears on the card, your card number, credit/debit card type, date of expiration, and any activation numbers or codes needed to charge chosen card.

By submitting that information to us or our third party credit/debit card processor, you agree that you authorize us and/or our processor to charge your card at our convenience but within 30 days of authorization. For any product/service that you purchase on the website, you agree to pay the price applicable including sales taxes & surcharges at the time of order submission. You will automatically be billed as a process for such price, we do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of price drops/rise or promotional offers. We may, at our sole discretion, cancel certain orders if products ordered have incorrect prices due to various errors.

Since transactions are being processed by the Onuniverse inc. platform at this time customers have the option of paying through Apple pay with a supported Apple device or input credit/debit card information with an unsupported device or browser, transactions will show up as UNIVERSE on customers’ credit card statements.

Transactions & Shipping

At this moment all orders under the same transaction/shopping cart must be delivered to the same email/address. If you’d like to use a different email or address, you’ll need to create a different transaction.

We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order. These restrictions may include orders under the same credit/debit card, same billing and/or shipping address. In the case that we make a change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by email or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized/illegal transaction is suspected.

FREE flat rate shipping for all products at the moment, however, if you would like express, expedited or international shipping you will be responsible for adding preferred shipping to checkout and paying for additional cost .

We are constantly updating our offerings of products/services. The products/services available on our site may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information & advertising regarding those products/services .
