How to refill a GroovyFlavor jar ?



REFILLS ARE FOR 4oz & larger ONLY

We provide a free return slip for customers who intend to REFILL THEIR GROOVYFLAVOR JAR; purchase, comment “ reuse” so we know that you intend to send back jars and you will get confirmation emails on order, processing , and expected delivery!




How to process a Re-up from a sample size?


RE-UP by purchasing a larger size first, comment “recycle”, and wait for delivery!

We encourage returning sample size jars to receive a discount. Samples come with a free return slip, Once you return a jar you will receive an email w/ a coupon code.





What if the product I desire is sold out?


To ensure great quality and cleanliness, we manage a limited stock so stock depletion may arise more often than not, don't fret, just sign up for updates and you can be one of the first to receive when we restock.







Do you ship internationally ?

As of June 2022 we do not ship to countries outside of the United States, however, after integrating our new square payment system sometime in the near future international buyers will be welcomed to purchase.






How do I cancel or change my order?


In the event that you may need to cancel, be sure to contact Customer support with your concerns in full detail on why you may need a cancellation or change and we’ll get back to you in 1-2 days with a solution that works for both of us.








I accidently entered the wrong apartment number or missing address info. Can I change my address after my order has been placed?


Reach out to Customer Support or the CARRIER DIRECTLY as quickly as possible, we will try our best to change the address even after it has been processed or shipped. There are no guarantees that the package will or can be recovered but we will try our best.








Can I change my payment method after my order is placed?


Unfortunately that is outside of our control, so no you can not change your payment method after purchasing. SO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PREFERRED PAYMENT BEFORE PURCHASING.

How do I track my order?


After products are purchased & shipping label is created for your order you will receive an email with invoice and tracking information. Once your order is prepared and delivered to shipping providers your sent email containing tracking details should be updated, be sure NOT TO DELETE this email.

You MAY experience delays in updates and delivery after your order is shipped, we are all under the discretion of the shipping facilities, so PLEASE be patient we are all working hard to deliver the best service.








Why is my order delayed?


We are a small african-american owned business, if orders are at full capacity it may take longer to process & ship due to many factors, like extreme weather, extra product sanitation and inspection before delivery, and proper packaging inspections to ensure safe arrival.

Our shipping time frame ranges from 1-7 business days and we will always try our best to stay in the range of 1-4 business days.
